1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests made after 14 days from the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be in the original packaging.

• Include all original accessories, parts, and documentation, where applicable.

• Be suitable for resale.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Products returned after the 14-day return period.

• Opened or used products.

• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

• Products missing original packaging or parts.

• Items that have been altered or modified after delivery.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly sent by RUKHS GOODS, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
